The Moncton Football Association (MFA)
The MFA started in 1959 with 22 local businessmen investing $100 each to arrange coaching and player clinics in the Moncton area and set up and administer a four-team midget football league.

Today, the MFA continues its tradition of providing player development programs and leagues for children ages 6-15 and has developed players that have gone on to play at the university level and in the CFL. 

In June of 2011 the MFA became a a part of TRUE SPORT by declaring our commitment to the True Sport Principles.

Our minor football association includes Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview and surrounding areas. The Sackville Minor Football and the Cumberland Minor Football are also members of the Moncton Football Association. We have 2 official football seasons. Our regular season runs from August to November of each year. Our spring season runs during the months of May and June.

MFA Turkey Bowl CANCELLED - due to only 2 teams registered. The Goal Post will be open for the Thursday NFL games, Vanier Cup (Friday) and the Grey Cup on Sunday.
