This program will have
practices throughout the week, with a game schedule. This program is full
contact and will have playoffs and a Champion. The City Champion will go on to
compete for the Provincials and possible Maritime. |

Gear and Water |
| All gear in mandatory for
flag football including mouth guards. Players will not be
permitted on the field without all proper gear.
Make sure to bring water to the
field. |
